Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our website, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly by and email from BookFunnel. PLEASE NOTE: These will be delivered to the email address you have on record with Shopify. Be sure to check this email address for your delivery or deliveries as well as your spam folder, if you do not received the BookFunnel email within three minutes. If you have a Gmail address, you might find the BookFunnel email in your promotions folder.
- Print books may be printed by BookVault and shipped to you by BookVault. Some print books, including those signed by the author (Donny Bailey Seagraves), as well as used, collectible and rare books, vintage postcards and other collectibles, may be shipped to you directly by Donny Bailey Seagraves.
- Prisons: Before ordering print books, please verify any specific delivery restrictions and instructions. Most prisons do not allow coil-bound books.
- If you receive any damaged or defective print books, or if your order does not arrive, we will be glad to provide a replacement order. Please notify us with 30 days of our order's shipping date.
For physical goods (such as print books) you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. Please include the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person if you do not provide us with this information or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information.
Print book shipping times will vary between countries. Estimated shipping times alongside choices of shipping methods are shown at checkout.
